Having a NAM (Non agend meeting)
Unless you are a part of networking groups you are probably not having 1 to 1’s. I can see why most people outside of networking groups have a major fear of them, the fear of being sold to.
I came across Non Agenda Meeting and now are a large part of my business success.
I am not affiliated with one network group, but I do attend them and highly recommend as a business owner you should. They are so many great free ones or pay as you go meetings. Even though companies are confused why would a magician attend them? That’s another blog.
I learn so much about businesses and people at NAM’s. It also shows I am credible, visible and building a relationship not hunting for a sale but helping each other grow.
I have learnt so much for them, especially at a recent NAM with a Law Firm. I gain great knowledge about how their Wills & Probate services worked which helped on a personal level on why a Will vitally important. A problem arose about they are wanting to help reduce the cost for clients on their probate service.
Being a BBC Radio Loudmouth I did many shows with an Auctioneer. I knew this Auctioneer could help the law firm, they have had a chat and building a great relationship and resolved this problem.
Without me having a NAM they may still have the problem.
I have also sorted out a will for me, also other family members have updated their wills in the process of this NAM.
You cannot lose have a NAM as you are gaining knowledge of other companies and people. You may not work with other now but in my experience, you help each other in the future
We have organised another NAM next quarter as they are looking to run some events with help from me and our contacts
